The authorities of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh released today 4 Azerbaijani was prisoners. 2 prisoners were also released by the authorities of Armenia. The Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE, Austrian Foreign Minister Benita Ferrero-Waldner declared this today at the press conference.It became known to MEDIAMAX that the war prisoners will be transferred to Baku tomorrow morning by a UN airplane.
