Over 600 individuals have volunteered to operate the phones of Orange call centers in Cachan, Lyon, Marseille and Toulouse. Latters are equipped with all the communication and IT resources with support provided from Orange technical experts, required for the Fonds Arménien de France’s telephone appeal.
For the twelfth year running, Orange is partnering with Fonds Arménien de France for its Phonethon charity appeal to be held from November17-20. Proceeds from the Phonethon will contribute to funding agricultural projects in Tavush region and safe drinking water supply in villages of Nagorno Karabagh.
The Fonds Arménien de France plan to send over 50,000 voice messages from this year’s patron, Michel Drucker, to potential donors’ landlines and mobiles using Contact Everyone service.
“For two years, Orange Armenia has been a partner of Hayastan All-Armenain Fund and this year again we have set up a special number for our customers to enable them to make donations via short messages. The villages are in focus of Orange Foundation, and it is with great pleasure that we support the projects aimed to improve everyday life in the villages of Armenia,” General Manager of Orange Armenia , Bruno Duthoit said.
