18th OSCE Ministerial Council kicks off in Vilnius![]() December 6, 2011 - 11:43 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The 18th OSCE Ministerial Council kicked off in Vilnius, Lithuania, with about 40 Foreign Ministers of the OSCE member states and representatives of international organizations as well as U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton participating in it. The meeting will focus on media operations, energy security, struggle against cyber threats and drug trafficking, boosting confidence in the military, cooperation with Afghanistan and Mediterranean countries. Armenian delegation headed by Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian is also participating. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
