  Serzh Sargsyan congratulates president-elect of Argentina December 14, 2011 - 18:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Foreign Minister Ashot Hovakimian arrived in Buenos Aires to attend the inauguration of the president-elect of Argentina Kristina Fernandez. On behalf of Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, Mr. Hovakimian congratulated Ms. Fernandez on her election. Also, the Armenian official participated in the oath-taking ceremony of the newly-elected Buenos Aires Mayor Mauricio Macri. A visit to an Armenian church and meeting with representatives of Armenian Embassy were also on Hovakimian’s agenda.
