CAUCASIAN MUSLIMS LEADER HOPES FOR PEACEFUL SETTLEMENT OF KARABAKH CONFLICT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Leader of the Muslims of the Caucasus, sheikh Allahshuqyur Pashazade expressed his hope for the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. Pashazade stated about it at the press conference upon completion of the meeting of the South Caucasian and Russian spiritual leaders held in Moscow. In his words, as reported by Baku sources, an inter-religious Council of the CIS member-countries with the participation of the South Caucasian spiritual leaders will take place in Moscow March 2004.
