PanARMENIAN.Net - The catastrophe of MiG-29 Russian pursuit plane in Armenia was caused by dispatcher fault, one of members of the commission for investigation of the incident causes told "Interfax" agency. "The investigation of the causes of MiG-29 catastrophe is finished. The operational control group, which had led the plane to the mountains in hard meteorological conditions, is the one to blame," he said.
