National Oil Corp. chairman Nuri Berruien says Libya's oil purification is currently at slightly more than 1 million barrels per day and that full production of about 1.6 million barrels a day was expected by the middle of next year. Libya's oil output was virtually halted during thee civil war that ousted Moammar Gadhafi. But it has rebounded quicker than many had expected.
