Expert deems Sochi meeting as new start in Karabakh process

PanARMENIAN.Net - Political analyst Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan disagrees with experts that believe January 23 meeting of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents a farewell one, deeming it a starting point in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.

According to Mr. Melik-Shahnazaryan, the meeting is necessary for the next Russian President to base his stance on a fresh start instead of the failed Kazan meeting.

The expert further noted, that the forthcoming meeting in Sochi may be perceived as a new attempt to intensify Russian President’s activity in Karabakh issue.
