Today, on January 23, Presidents of Russia and Armenia, Dmitry Medvedev and Serzh Sargsyan discussed bilateral relations and regional issues, RIA Novosti reports.
Dwelling on outcomes of 2011, Medvedev hailed trade turnover promoting business contacts between the two countries.
“Business plays a major role in Armenia-Russia ties,” Russian President said, suggesting further placing regional issues on discussion agenda.
The leaders will later focus on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement with Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev participating.
