"MINSK" MEDIATORS SCHEDULED TO VISIT REGION NOVEMBER 8

PanARMENIAN.Net - The visit of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs to the Karabakh conflict region is scheduled November 8. As reported by Baku media, OSCE chairman-in-office, Dutch foreign minister Jaap de Hoop Scheffer said at a meeting with Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev. In the European diplomat's opinion, time has come for the governments of Armenia and Azerbaijan "to be more resolute and courageous to find a solution to the problem that will satisfy the peoples of both countries." At that he expressed hope for the newly elected president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to "open new opportunities for settling the Karabakh confrontation."
