  RA police chief: Armenian army best in the region January 28, 2012 - 11:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian police chief congratulated the Armenian nation on army formation anniversary. Wishing the military success and devotion, Vladimir Gasparyan called for better efforts to strengthen the army. “Our main achievement is formation of the best army in the region,” he said, adding that the professional skills of the soldiers and officers should be improved even more. “This is a continuous process. Army develops simultaneously with the statehood,” the poloce chief said.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
