ARARAT BRANDY FACTORY PRODUCE SUPPLY TO RUSSIA SUSPENDED

PanARMENIAN.Net - One of the principal producers of Armenian brandy - Great Valley (GV) company pressed its rival, Ararat Brandy factory, to suspend the supply of its production to Russia. As chairman of the GV committee of directors Tigran Arzanaktsian told Vedomosti newspaper, late September the delivery of "Arpi" brandy produced by Ararat brandy factory was suspended due to the decision of the court taken on the basis of the suit brought by Great Valley company. In his words, the new bottles of "Arpi" were the exact copy of the exclusively designed GV bottles. Rusimport distributive company that exports and spreads the produce of Ararat Brandy factory is going to appeal the verdict. To note, Rusimport was the partner of Great Valley before.
