LEADERS OF OSCE COUNTRIES TO CONSIDER KARABAKH ISSUE IN MAASTRICHTOctober 4, 2003 - 19:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - In the course of a sitting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE member countries in Maastricht in early December the issue of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will also be discussed, said deputy foreign minister of Azerbaijan, special representative of the country president at negotiations over the Karabakh conflict settlement Araz Azimov, Baku media reported.
