"The issue should not be disregarded," - he told journalists after meeting with OSCE chairman-in-office, foreign minister of Netherlands Jaap de Hoop Scheffer in Hague. V. Trubnikov welcomed the intention of the OSCE chairman-in-office to visit the Nagorno Karabakh conflict region. "We tried to call de Hoop Scheffer's attention to the Karabakh issue and I think we have succeeded," the Russian diplomat said.![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert. On June 10, Azerbaijani President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev will leave for Turkey on a working visit. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev arrived in Moscow on April 22 to hold talks with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin.
