On the initiative of Armenian embassy in Canada, Ottawa hosted an official reception dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian armed forces.

According to RA MFA, Canadian Foreign Ministry employees, top officials, representatives of diplomatic missions and local diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church were present at the event.

During the reception, Armenian Ambassador to Canada Armen Yeganyan delivered a welcome speech, followed by a short concert.
