  Defence Minister denies conflict with Armenian army official February 8, 2012 - 16:09 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan refuted rumors regarding his conflict with Armenian armed forces general staff chief, colonel general Yuri Khachaturov. According to Minister Ohanyan, army reforms are implemented in accordance with the plan. Several Armenian and Foreign media outlets have notified of a conflict between Armenian Defense Minister and armed forces general staff chief, with army reforms not being implemented thoroughly due to the countermeasures by RA armed forces leadership headed by Khachaturov.
