  Vartan Oskanian to be in top five on Prosperous Armenia electoral list - paper  February 14, 2012 - 10:54 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Former Foreign Minister of Armenia Vartan Oskanian will appear in top five of the electoral list of the coalition Prosperous Armenia party. Zhoghovurd paper reports this, quoting its sources in the party. Oskanian is ready quit his own Civilitas foundation to appear on the Prosperous Armenia electoral list, the paper says. The foundation is facing some serious financial problems, however it is not likely to be closed down, and Oskanian will simply quit it de jure, it says. The paper’s sources hinted Oskanian may soon come up with a relevant statement.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
