GOLD APRICOT FIRST PANARMENIAN FESTIVAL BEING ARRANGED IN ARMENIAJanuary 21, 2004 - 22:53 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Golden Apricot, the first panarmenian film festival will be held in Armenia June 2004. As festival initiator, film director Harutyun Khachatrian reported, cinematographers from different countries have been invited to take part in the festival. In his words, four nominations, these being for the best fiction, documentary, animation and student's films are provided. Well-known film directors, specifically Atom Egoyan from Canada, Karen Shakhnazarov and Tigran Keosayan from Russia and some others are expected to be involved as the festival founders.
