NKR Defense Army refutes Azerbaijani media misinformation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Defense army of Nagorno Karabakh refuted the Azerbaijani media report that Azeri officer Pyarvin Aliev was wounded due to ceasefire violation by Karabakh.

According to the NKR defense army’s press service, this is another misinformation spread by Azerbaijani side aiming, on the one hand, to present Armenia as “an aggressor”, and on the other hand, to conceal the mess in their own army from Azerbaijani people.

“In fact, the truth is that NKR forces not only maintained the ceasefire regime on February 28, but also refrained from retaliatory measures continuing with their military duty on all positions.

The fact that Azerbaijan fired over 200 shots from various caliber weapons towards the Armenian positions on February 28 night in over 45 instances of ceasefire violation, already demonstrates that Baku, as usual, presents everything the wrong way.”
