OFFICIAL BAKU SPARES NO EFFORT TO IMPEDE KARABAKH PARTY PARTICIPATION IN NEGOTIATION PROCESS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Official Baku does not strive for the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, on the contrary it exerts every effort to hinder the participation of the Karabakh side in the negotiation process and present Armenia to the world community as an aggressor, NKR President Arkadi Ghukasian stated in Stepanakert at the meeting with the delegation of non-governmental organizations of Great Britain and the US headed by the director of the London Information Network on Conflict and State-Building Stephen Nash. In the words of the NKR leader, undertaking steps of the kind Azerbaijan tries to gain time for resolving of the conflict by force. "Armenia is the guarantor of the safety of the Karabakh people, however it is not empowered to seal their fate", Ghukasian stated. Upon completion of the meeting LINKS head S. Nash said that the participation of all the parties to conflict is necessary for the problem settlement and creation of the atmosphere of mutual confidence.
