ARMENIAN ARMY OFFICER CRUELLY KILLED BY AZERI SERVICEMAN IN BUDAPEST

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri army senior lieutenant Ramil Safarov has cruelly killed Armenian army officer Gurgen Margarian. Òhey were both students of English courses organized by the University of National Defense of Hungary within the framework of the NATO Partnership for Peace Program. As reported by the press service of the defense ministry of Armenia, the Azeri has killed Margarian by means of an axe, when the latter was asleep. After that R. Safarov tried to kill another Armenian officer, which was however prevented. The Defense Ministry of Armenia considers this atrocious crime to be an immediate consequence of the active militarist propaganda of Azerbaijan, a policy of engrafting of hatred and hostility against the Armenian people. In the opinion of the Defense Ministry, the extremist and fanatical stance of Azerbaijan resulted in the recent impeding of participation of Armenian officers in a Baku conference on planning NATO exercises. "We hope the international community will draw respective conclusions and will adequately evaluate the occurrence," the statement says. The Defense Ministry of Armenia at that assured that is would do its best for the criminal arrested by the Hungarian authorities to carry the deserved punishment.
