MIKHAIL SAAKASHVILI POSSESS INFORMATION ON ATTEMPTS TO UPSET BAKU-TBILISI-CEYHAN OIL PIPELINE CONSTRUCTION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Georgia's President Mikhail Saakashvili stated that he possesses the information on the attempts to derange construction of Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline. "By order from outside certain political forces within next two months will try to block the construction of the pipeline bringing forth ecological problems or will offer to change its route to make the project impossible for realization", M. Saakashvili said at the press conference in Baku. "It will not work with me", he stated. In the words of the Georgian leader, the issue of providing safety of the oil pipeline was discussed during his recent visit to Washington.
