  NAGORNO KARABAKH TO PARTICIPATE IN NEGOTIATIONS AS FULL PARTY TO CONFLICTMarch 17, 2004 - 23:00 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh will take part in the negotiations on the Karabakh conflict settlement as a full member, as reported by Mediamax agency, NKR President Arkadi Ghukasian stated after the meeting with OSCE acting chairman Solomon Passi in Yerevan. In his words, non-participation of the Karabakh party in the negotiation process between Armenia and Azerbaijan is bearing a temporary nature. "Contacts of any kind are important for this issue. However without participation of Stepanakert the problem will hardy be solved", NKR President said. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
