  EU SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR SOUTH CAUCASUS TO ARRIVE IN YEREVAN MARCH 23March 20, 2004 - 17:52 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - March 23 European Union Special Representative for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie will arrive in Yerevan. In the course of the visit, which will last till March 27, he will meet with the political leadership of Armenia. It should be reminded that in the course of the previous visit at the turn of January 2004 Heikki Talvitie stated he was also ready to visit Nagorno Karabakh at the first opportunity and to meet with its leadership.
