PanARMENIAN.Net - The economic growth in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan is secured not via implementation of reforms, but due to selling oil at extraordinary high prices. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, said World Bank vice-president Johannes Lynn. "If we consider other industries in these countries, I am sure, the notion will be totally different," - he stated.
