ARMENIA AND RWANDA ESTABLISHED DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - March 29 Permanent Representatives of Armenia and Rwanda to the UN Armen Martirosian and Stanislas Kamanzi signed a protocol on establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries. After the ceremony of signing the document the parties said they were ready to make efforts to promote bilateral ties in various spheres.
