NAGORNO KARABAKH CALLED ON ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN "TO CONFIRM ABIDANCE TO ARMISTICE PRESERVATION"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh's ministry of foreign affairs appealed to the Armenian and Azerbaijani leadership "to confirm their abidance to the preservation of armistice until the conclusion of peace treaty with adoption of a corresponding trilateral declaration. As reported by Mediamax agency, NKR MFA proposed the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs "to try all ways to contribute to the adoption of the new document, as it can become a considerable step towards the formation of atmosphere of trust between the conflicting parties, thus creating an essential condition for establishment of peace and multilateral integration in the region". Karabakh's MFA expressed hope that these proposals will gain support among the interested parties, what will prove the sincere wish of the political leaders of the region to achieve stable peace and security in the South Caucasus.
