OSCE AMBASSADOR CALLED ARMENIAN AUTHORITIES AND OPPOSITION TO ENTER "REAL DIALOGUE"

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head of the OSCE Office in Yerevan Vladimir Pryakhin welcomed the resumption of contacts between the authorities and the opposition of Armenia. "I call both parties to enter a real dialogue to resolve the differences within the Constitutional framework," V. Pryakhin said. He also called the Armenian authorities to reconsider the cases of the persons, arrested in the course of the recent meetings, and to continue efforts to reform the Code on Administrative Offences. In his words, it will allow to rule out the practice of administrative arrests "incompatible with European standards."
