ARMENIAN-RUSSIAN COMMISSION TO BE CONSISTENT IN RESTORATION OF ABKHAZIAN RAILWAY CORRIDOR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the participants of the 7-th sitting of the Armenian-Russian Commission for Inter-parliamentary Cooperation adopted a protocol, one of the points of which suggests that Armenia, Georgian and Russia signed trilateral agreement to solve the problem of the Abkhazian railway corridor. As co-chair of the Commission, Vice Speaker of the Armenian National Assembly Vahan Hovhanissian told journalists, the Commission will be consistent in settling this urgent issue, which bears mostly political nature. Russian co-chair of the Commission, member of the Federation Council of the RF Nikolay Rizhkov expressed hope that in the near future the Inter-governmental Commission will work in this direction.
