  EU SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE FOR SOUTH CAUCASUS TO HOLD MEETINGS IN NAGORNO KARABAKHJune 28, 2004 - 22:40 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie will pay a 2-day visit to Nagorno Karabakh. As reported by Mediamax agency during the visit he is to meet with the political leadership of NKR. He is as well expected to meet with Armenian refugees from Azerbaijan, who reside in the towns of Shushi and Lachin at present. To note, it is the first visit of the Finnish diplomat to Nagorno Karabakh at the post of EU Special Representative.
