ARMENIAN PARLIAMENT SPEAKER CALLED PEOPLE TO UNITE IN STRUGGLE AGAINST TERROR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yesterday representatives of pro-authority and opposition forces laid wreaths to the monument to the victims of the act of terrorism in the Armenian parliament on October 27, 1999. Justice opposition block organized a peaceful procession to the National Assembly building, while pro-authority parliament forces waited for their colleagues for more than an hour to lay the wreaths. In his speech Speaker Artur Baghdasarian called the Armenian people to unite in struggle against terror. It should be reminded that 5 years ago the Prime Minister and Parliament Chairman of Armenia, as well as a number of deputies were shot in the National Assembly building in Yerevan.
