According to the Minister, during his visit to Egypt he signed a memorandum on cooperation and mutual understanding with the League of Arab States. V. Oskanian also pointed out to the friendly relations between Armenia and the Organization of Islamic Conference. However, he said, it would be rather hard for Armenia to receive a status in the Organization of Islamic Conference, as its members -Turkey and Azerbaijan - will certainly put obstacles in the way.
