VLADIMIR RUSHAYLO VISITED MEMORIAL TO ARMENIAN GENOCIDE VICTIMS IN TSITSERNAKABERDMarch 4, 2005 - 17:23 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Yesterday Head of the CIS Executive Committee, Executive Secretary Vladimir Rushaylo visited the Memorial to the Armenian Genocide victims in Tsitsernakaberd. He laid a wreath and bowed to the eternal flame to commemorate the Genocide victims and watered a tree planted earlier. "Every nation has its sacred places. This memorial is the sacred place for all Armenians and I consider it my duty to visit it", V. Rushaylo noted. To note, it is the fifth time the Head of the CIS Executive Committee has attended the Memorial.
