At the same time he stressed that the OSCE MG is playing a key role in the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict though a number of international structures have joined the discussions on the problem recently. Rushaylo noted, "We have not received any precise orders in this view so far, consequently there is no point in commenting declarations by Vladimir Zhirinovsky or any other politician at present time."
