As reported by "Arka" agency, central electoral commission head Artak Sahradian told journalists today, "criminal proceedings will be instituted on each incident in the course of the second round and anyone intervening into the electoral process in a way not in compliance with the law will be brought to account." He also noted that political forces should be responsible for the organization of the elections, as the electoral commissions were political formations.
