CHIEF OF BORDER DEPARTMENT OF RUSSIAN FEDERAL SECURITY SERVICE TO ARRIVE IN ARMENIA IN MID-APRILApril 12, 2005 - 10:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Deputy Director of the Federal Security Service (FSS) of Russia, Chief of the FSS Border Department colonel general Vladimir Pronichev will arrive in Armenia in the middle of April, Regnum news agency reported. The main goal of Pronichev's visit is to familiarize with the service of the Russian border troops, stationed in Armenia, discussion of prospects of development of the Russian border department in Armenia. Within the framework of the visit a range of bilateral documents and agreements specifically referring to financing will be signed.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
