NO RELIGIOUS OR ETHNIC FACTORS IN KARABAKH CONFLICT, AZERI FOREIGN MINISTER SAID

PanARMENIAN.Net - There are no religious or ethnic factors in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, Azeri foreign minister Vilayat Guliyev said at "Peace and Accord" international conference held in Alma-Ata. In his words, achieving peace and stability is of high importance to the South Caucasus, as the Nagorno Karabakh conflict impedes the economic progress of the region.
