ARMENIA DISSATISFIED WITH "RANSAT" BRITISH COMPANY MEETING ITS INVESTMENT OBLIGATIONS ON "NAIRIT-1" PLANT

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Ransat PLC" British company, which holds the shares of "Nairit-1" Armenian plant, does not meet its investment obligations, which has led to serious problems at the plant. Armenian minister of trade and economic development Karen Chshmaritian said at a working meeting hosted by the Armenian president. Let us note that February 6 the deadline for fulfilling "Ransat" company investment commitments to "Nairit-1" expired. In the view of the situation at the plant a number of proposals on possible new mechanisms of "Nairit-1" management were considered.
