ARMENIAN CITIZENS IN KARABAKH NOT TO BE ABLE TO VOTE AT FORTHCOMING PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian citizens, who will be in Nagorno Karabakh on the day of the Armenian presidential elections February 19, will not be able to participate in the vote. As reported by "Arminfo" agency, NKR central electoral commission chairman Sergey Davtian stated in a local television broadcast. In his words, in response to the Karabakh party's inquiry the Armenian central electoral commission stated that citizens of Armenia would not be able to vote in Nagorno Karabakh as no polling stations were expected to be opened there, as well as there was no official diplomatic mission of Armenia.
