Armenian people have won the polls,” Mr Hovannisian said, addressing his supporters at Liberty Square and added that the ruling authorities will be kept accountable before Armenian people, unless they offer an apology. “Everyone misappropriating people’s power regardless of post is a criminal,” he said. ![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult.
