  Vartan Oskanian Met Nagorno Karabakh FMJanuary 27, 2006 - 18:47 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met with Nagorno Karabakh FM Georgiy Petrosian, RA MFA press office reported. The interlocutors discussed the process and prospects of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement. Besides, they touched upon the efforts exerted for the improvement of social and economic situation in Karabakh and stimulation of economic programs. They specifically discussed the cooperation within the memorandum on consultations signed by the Foreign Ministries in 2003.
