PRINCIPLES AGREED UPON IN PARIS AND KEY WEST PREVAIL IN KARABAKH TALKS

PanARMENIAN.Net - Principles agreed upon during the Paris and Key West talks prevail at the negotiations on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. This was noted in Armenian president Robert Kocharian's pre-electoral return called "Five years later." The document notes that "within the recent years changes and new approaches are observed in the Karabakh settlement." This in particular refers to Azerbaijan's recognition of the necessity to solve the Karabakh conflict via compromises exclusively. In R.Kocharian's opinion, the legal grounding of the fact that Nagorno Karabakh has never been part of independent Azerbaijan produces positive effects.
