"WORLD PRESS PHOTO" INTERNATIONAL EXPOSITION OPENED IN YEREVAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - An international photo exhibition opened in Yerevan presenting world press photos that have become winners at "World Press Photo" 45-th competition. Over 4 thousand photographers from 123 countries of the world participated in the contest. In the words of representative of "World Press Photo" organization Femke Rotevil, the exhibition is held in the South Caucasus for the first time. As noted by director of Caucasus Media Institute Vigen Cheterian, the exposition may become an important stimulus for developing photojournalism in Armenia.
