  Armenian FM and OSCE Representative Discussed Fires in KarabakhSeptember 19, 2006 - 19:21 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The issue of fires in Nagorno Karabakh, as well as the arrival of the OSCE mission to the region was discussed by Armenian FM Vartan Oskanian and OSCE Economy and Ecology Coordinator Bernard Snoy. The parties also touched upon matters of cooperation between the Government of Armenia and OSCE Office in Yerevan, specifically implementation of the Melange Program and the opening of an OSCE Office in Syunik, reports the Armenian MFA Press Office.
