ARMENIA TO EXPORT BLACK CAVIAR NEXT YEAR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia plans to commence on exporting sturgeon caviar next year. Director of "Aquatech" fish farm Arkady Gevorgian told "Arminfo" agency. In his words, already in 2004 Armenia will export some 10-12 tons of caviar. At the same time A. Gevorgian noted that having rich natural and water resources, Armenia obtains an outlet to the international market with difficulty. The enterprise managed to make a few pilot supplies of sturgeon caviar to Russia, Ukraine, the US and the United Arab Emirates.
