RA FM and OSCE PA President discussed Karabakh issue

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian met today with OSCE PA President Goran Lennmarker. The RA FM said he welcomes the growing attention of the OSCE PA to the region. When touching upon the forthcoming parliamentary election in Armenia, Mr Lennmarker voiced assurance that it will meet international standards.



The parties also discussed the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement and the OSCE PA President's draft report on Karabakh. Engagement of Armenia and Azerbaijan in the European Neighborhood Policy as well as implementation of joint projects will contribute to the creation of atmosphere of trust, Mr Lennmarker said, reported the RA MFA press office.
