RUSSIAN PRIME MINISTER TO ARRIVE IN YEREVAN NOVEMBER 4November 1, 2002 - 23:01 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Russian delegation headed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov is arriving in Armenia November 4. The delegation includes minister of industry, science and technologies Ilya Klebanov, chief of General Staff of armed forces, deputy minister of defense Anatoly Kvashnin, deputy director of Federal Security Service Viktor Komogorov, deputy chairman of RAO "UES of Russia" Andrey Rappoport, as well as responsible officers and experts of the Russian government. The governmental delegations of the two countries will meet in extended composition, after which a number of documents will be signed.![]() ![]() Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
