Mikael Harutyunyan appointed as Acting Defense Minister

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the Regulations of Defense Ministry Chief of General Staff of RA Armed Forces, First Deputy Defense Minister colonel-general Mikael Harutyunyan has been appointed as Acting Defense Minister of Armenia, the PanARMENIAN.Net journalist was told in RA Defense Ministry Press Office.



On April 4 Armenian President Robert Kocharian singed an order on dismissing Serzh Sargsyan from the post of RA Defense Minister and appointing him on the post of RA Prime Minister. By another order Serzh Sargsyan was dismissed from the post of Acting Secretary, National Security Council under the President of the Republic of Armenia.
