Armenian Prime Minister Andranik Markarian told journalists. In his words, the Argentinean businessman fulfills all the obligations provided by the concession agreement with Armenia. "Independently of the problems arisen with the Argentinean government, Eduardo Ernekian should meet his engagements toward Armenia", - the Prime Minister noted.
