  Yerevan to mark 2789th birthday October 11-13October 1, 2007 - 16:41 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - October 11-13 Armenia will mark the 2789th birthday of its capital, Yerevan. Delegations from 13 cities will take part in the festivities, a PR officer of Yerevan city administration, David Gevorgyan said Monday. Delegation will mostly arrive from twin-cities - Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Isfahan, Odessa, Cambridge, Nice and Lyon. "However, the information is not precise. We still receive applications and the final number of guests will be known in 5 or 6 days," he said. "The foreign delegations will hold business meetings and travel through the city," he added, Novosti Armenia reports. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
